The partnership enables property owners that are using Akia to verify guests' identities within seconds while offering a seamless customer experience.
Akia's platform aims to deliver outstanding guest experiences by automating the entire communication lifecycle. The platform enables property owners to build unique guest journeys without the need for IT interference.
Property owners can also send automated communications through text so guests do not need to download another app to be able to communicate.
