The new edition of the International Customer Experience Awards, a distinguished awards program that acknowledges exceptional accomplishments and triumphs in CX on a global scale, has begun accepting entries as of April 3. Organizations worldwide are welcome to participate and showcase their achievements, vie for the most sought-after CX awards, and have an opportunity to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
This year, the Awards Finals will take place on November 9, followed by the Awards Ceremony a week later, both of which will be held online. Each entry will be scored by the awards judges, many of whom have already participated in Awards International programs numerous times before. Their scoring of entries and presentations will be based on clear and transparent criteria using the Awards Manager software to ensure complete traceability and quality control.
Once the awards are over, all finalists will receive a Feedback Report with their scores and the judges' comments on their entries, presentations, and initiatives. Over the years, Awards International has built ICXA into an extraordinary networking opportunity and a knowledge-sharing event among CX professionals worldwide.
