The user-friendly dashboard of Risk Monitoring leverages AI to analyze, flag, and classify risky reviews and social media posts such as discrimination, harassment, customer safety, employee safety, unfair business practices, theft, and food safety. The dashboard also provides an overview of the count of unaddressed risky reviews and the number of locations facing risky reviews, both overall and per category.
This latest feature, part of Chatmeter's Pulse AI platform launched in January 2024, aims to assist brands in crisis prevention using artificial intelligence.
