Emplifi Appoints New CEO

Emplifi has appointed Ohad Hecht as its new CEO, a strategic move aligning with the company's shift from a development-focused phase to an accelerated growth trajectory.

Hecht's leadership will center around three core pillars: instilling a winning culture marked by performance, innovation, teamwork, and passion; prioritizing a customer-centric approach embedded in every decision-making process, and advancing the creation of an unparalleled, user-friendly customer engagement solution with swift time-to-value.

“Emplifi has been on a remarkable journey over the past four years, accomplishing the near-impossible task of optimizing its structure and fortifying its foundation as a sustainable, high-growth business during an extremely tumultuous economic climate. Emplifi’s unique positioning—and shared belief that genuine, empathetic communication is central to building loyalty and trust between brands and consumers—is the reason I’m here,” said Hecht.

In recent years, Emplifi has notched several significant milestones, consolidating four leading martech platforms into a cohesive suite of customer engagement solutions. This transformation, part of their transition from "build-mode," saw Emplifi evolve into a multi-cloud enterprise offering spanning North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.

Under Hecht's guidance, Emplifi is poised for the next phase of growth, emphasizing culture, product innovation, customer retention, and pipeline expansion. Before Emplifi, Hecht co-founded and led Prodport, a personalization solution for eCommerce brands automating the development of personalized product pages. He also held pivotal roles at Emarsys, an omnichannel customer engagement SaaS platform, where his leadership culminated in the company's acquisition by SAP in 2020.

Hecht brings a wealth of professional experience spanning the Asian-Pacific region, Israel, Europe, and North America to his new leadership position.

“This team’s achievements include securing top-tier clients such as Benefit Cosmetics, Currys plc, Domino’s, Mercedes-Benz, Miele and Shoppee. As well as building products that have received stellar G2 and TrustRadius reviews, and recognition from analysts at Forrester and IDC. I look forward to leading Emplifi into its next stage of accelerated growth, further embracing AI in our products to drive efficiencies, continually enhancing features with automation and integrations, and supporting the end-to-end customer experience. Emplifi is reshaping the way brands connect with the modern consumer in today's dynamic digital landscape – with bold strides to unify marketing, commerce, and care,” added Hecht.
