Five9 to Acquire Contact Center Analytics Platfom Aceyus

Five9 has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aceyus, an advanced data integration and contact center analytics platform, for an undisclosed sum.

Aceyus utilizes a comprehensive collection of pre-built integrations to gather information from various sources such as CRM, WEM systems, ACDs, communication platforms, digital channels, and virtual agents.

The platform can normalize the entire CX data set and deliver real time-insights, allowing businesses to transition from legacy systems to Five9 while upholding uniform reporting, data visualization, and dashboard experiences.

The acquisition will enable customers to run their businesses smoothly and use the Five9 platform uninterruptedly during migration.

The Five9 AI & Automation solutions will also harness Aceyus contextual data for the accuracy and efficacy required to deliver a joyful customer experience.
