Communications compliance company Global Relay has unveiled a new integration with OpenAI's ChatGPT Enterprise Compliance API. This will enhance Global Relay’s financial compliance platform by allowing users to meet stringent regulatory standards for business communications recordkeeping, data archiving, and surveillance.

The integration enables enterprises to use the ChatGPT Enterprise Compliance API to effectively manage and safeguard their data, ensuring privacy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Organizations, including Global Relay’s extensive client base of 20,000 financial institutions, can now leverage the Global Relay Connector for ChatGPT Enterprise to capture, archive, and securely store interactions—such as prompts, conversations, and file attachments—within the Global Relay Archive.
In addition, this move allows compliance and risk management teams to incorporate ChatGPT Enterprise data into Global Relay’s existing monitoring capabilities, which already include instant messaging, social media, voice, and business collaboration tools. This unified approach ensures comprehensive oversight and compliance with evolving regulations.
Similarly, Smarsh has recently announced its integration with OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise Compliance API.
