GoTo has announced the latest leadership changes, appointing a new CCO and CFO. Peter Mahoney, previously the Chief Marketing Officer, has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer, where he will oversee both marketing and sales operations.
In addition, Nicholas Asadorian, GoTo's Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, has stepped into the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Asadorian takes over the CFO responsibilities from CEO Rich Veldran, who had been managing both CEO and CFO duties.

Peter Mahoney, who joined GoTo as CMO in August 2023, brings over 35 years of experience in general management, marketing, and product development. Some of his achievements include founding Plannuh and serving as General Manager for the Dragon voice recognition and healthcare documentation businesses at Nuance Communications, where he was also Chief Marketing Officer for nearly four years.
Nicholas Asadorian has been with GoTo for over eight years, leading the financial planning and analysis team. His career includes almost ten years at Dell EMC in various key roles within the corporate finance department.
In other news, GoTo has announced the integration of WhatsApp as a new Customer Engagement channel within GoTo Connect.
