Moveworks Partners with Microsoft for Enhanced Enterprise Solutions

Moveworks has unveiled a multi-year partnership with Microsoft to standardize its AI and machine learning (ML) platform on Microsoft Azure, highlighting Azure's capability to support Moveworks' Next-Generation Copilot.

"We are seeing significant customer demand for our new Next-Generation Copilot, and Microsoft Azure provides the stability, security, and privacy standards required to deliver that experience at a first-class level. With Microsoft's flexible offerings, including the latest NVIDIA GPUs and Azure OpenAI Service’s provisioned throughput units (PTUs), we are able to build and deliver cutting-edge generative AI use cases to our customers at scale,” said Bhavin Shah, CEO and co-founder of Moveworks.

At the core of the Moveworks Copilot lies the Moveworks Reasoning Engine, a fusion of Moveworks' proprietary large language model (LLM), MoveLM, and Azure OpenAI Service's generative AI capabilities. By harnessing Azure OpenAI Service's sophisticated AI technology, such as retrieval augmented generation, LLM chaining, and prompt engineering, Moveworks empowers its Copilot with advanced reasoning capabilities, enabling employees to interact naturally and execute actions across various business systems.

Beyond technological integration, this collaboration extends to the availability of the Moveworks Copilot through the Microsoft Marketplace. In addition, it streamlines the process for mutual customers to procure and implement Moveworks' transformative generative AI solutions within their enterprises.

Joint customers can leverage their existing Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC) to acquire the Moveworks Copilot, further enhancing the utility of Microsoft Teams by integrating Moveworks directly into the platform.

"Microsoft's collaboration with Moveworks demonstrates Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service's role in reshaping how businesses operate. Together, we're directly embedding cutting-edge AI into employees' daily tasks, and responding to our customers' calls for deeper, actionable intelligence. Through this collaboration we are unlocking new levels of productivity and innovation by making generative AI accessible and secure across various industries," said Katy Brown, CVP, Software and Digital Platforms, Microsoft.

Elsewhere, Moveworks has announced the opening of its inaugural regional data center in Australia, marking a significant stride in its dedication to addressing the escalating concerns surrounding data privacy and residency.
