Phonexa Enhances Its Platform with New SMS Marketing Capabilities

Performance marketing software company Phonexa has introduced a new feature to its E-Delivery email and SMS platform, allowing businesses to send text messages. This addition enables companies to leverage Phonexa's toll-free and local numbers to conduct bulk SMS marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates.

"The benefits of SMS marketing are endless, and our new feature offers businesses a direct and efficient way to reach their target audiences by delivering promotional messages, updates, and offers. This evolution will empower businesses to engage in interactive conversations with their audiences, and our new feature promises to further feed into customer engagement and drive conversion rates to new heights," said Liana Tonoyan, Chief Information Officer at Phonexa.

The feature streamlines communication by enabling businesses to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously within the Phonexa suite. In addition, it supports integration with other Phonexa tools like Call Logic for call tracking, LMS Sync for lead management, and Lynx for click tracking, enabling more effective inbound lead nurturing.

Phonexa plans to expand its E-Delivery service with two-way SMS capabilities by the end of 2024, thus improving customer interaction. Initially, users can send messages, with responses logged only for compliance, using keywords such as Stop or Unsubscribe.

Phone Number Registration: Users can easily register their business and phone numbers for SMS campaigns through Phonexa's platform.

Automated SMS Sequences: Phonexa's Call Logic and LMS Sync automates text follow-ups with consenting leads, enhancing customer experience.

Seamless Integration: Users can incorporate text messaging into their strategy using Phonexa’s core products, allowing for efficient list building and data synchronization across platforms.

Reaching Mobile Audiences: With increased mobile usage, Phonexa helps businesses effectively engage mobile consumers via SMS.
