Spend management platform Coupa has announced that RingCentral has successfully implemented Coupa's platform to optimize its spending and streamline business operations.
Following a decade of robust revenue growth, RingCentral sought to modernize its back-office functions to support its expanding business. The company selected Coupa to automate various processes, including sourcing, procurement, risk management, and payments.
