White-label UCaaS provider SkySwitch has announced the addition of a new Contact Center functionality to its UCaaS platform. The SkySwitch Contact Center delivers advanced capabilities on top of existing call center functionality. It directly integrates into the SkySwitch UCaaS reseller platform, with single billing and without any setup fees or investments for its partners.
"The new SkySwitch Contact Center is a feature-rich solution—including the ability to see full customer history with each interaction, no matter if it's SMS, chat, email, or voice. And it's all delivered via a clean and intuitive interface at half the cost of competitive products," said Blake McKeeby, Chief Technology Officer at SkySwitch.
The SkySwitch Contact Center aims to help SkySwitch partners meet the needs of small to medium-sized companies when it comes to contact center capabilities. The platform provides modern communications that merge SMS, text-to-speech, chat, chatbots, and social integration, as well as real-time call data for future business decisions.
In addition, the SkySwitch Contact Center solution offers white-label partners additional receipts to support long-term loyalty, helping them with customer service, especially front-office and retail businesses, customer support organizations, and hybrid workforces. The solution aims to help companies meet their customers' needs at scale.
"The communications experience an organization creates for its customers can be a key differentiator," "The new Contact Center gives our SkySwitch partners the tools to enable that experience for their customers under their own brand, giving them a differentiating edge in the UCaaS provider market," said Geoff Bloss, CEO of BCM One, the parent company of SkySwitch.
