SurveyMonkey has announced a new integration with PayPal which allows SurveyMonkey users to collect payments through PayPal for anything from freelance services to event registration fees to charity donations and more. The integration is available on SurveyMonkey paid plans, including Advantage, Premier, and Enterprise, at no additional cost.
The integration is designed to enhance the experience for small businesses and nonprofits by making payment collection easier and more secure. It allows users to set up PayPal payments seamlessly, with no additional installations required, and embed payment forms directly on their websites. This integration streamlines the process by collecting payments and customer information in a single form, with funds deposited directly into a PayPal account. PayPal’s encryption ensures secure transactions, protecting customer data.
“SurveyMonkey is the #1 online form builder in G2’s Enterprise Grid® Report, and we are thrilled to pair our best-in-class forms with a payment provider as trusted as PayPal. This integration makes our offering even stronger, extending another flexible, easy-to-set-up, and trustworthy option for businesses of all types to collect payments,” said Samuel Bakouch, Senior Vice President, Product Management at SurveyMonkey.
Users can accept payments in 12 currencies and choose from various methods, such as embedded forms, pop-ups, links, and QR codes, with customizable pricing options, including “pay what you want.” In addition, the integration is cost-effective, as there are no additional fees beyond a SurveyMonkey subscription, and it offers extensive connectivity with over 200 apps, facilitating efficient workflows and data analysis.
