Tourism company TUI is broadening its partnership with Tealium, positioning Tealium as the pivotal CDP partner for TUI's digital and e-commerce business segments as the travel industry steadily rebounds to pre-pandemic levels.
Having initially engaged Tealium in 2012 to elevate its digital transformation journey through strategic data collection and management solutions, TUI has since strengthened this alliance. Tealium's predictive analytics and Conversions API (CAPI) solutions have proven invaluable in scaling TUI's data-driven business initiatives, providing deeper intelligence into customer behavior on a global scale.
