Conversational AI for healthcare provider Hyro has partnered with digital transformation solutions firm UST to enable clients of UST ContineoHealth - its healthcare technology consulting arm - to leverage Hyro's conversational AI assistants. Hyro's innovative platform will be integrated into their existing contact center setup and within their tech stack.
As only half of patients are satisfied with their healthcare provider's contact centers, leaders are looking for ways to bridge the efficiency gaps.
