Vodafone and RingCentral Expand Partnership with AI-Driven Contact Center Launch

RingCentral has announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with Vodafone Business to introduces the Vodafone Business Contact Center with RingCentral, powered by RingCX, offering Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) alongside its Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). This will allow Vodafone Business's multinational clients to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The Vodafone Business Contact Center with RingCentral streamlines contact center operations by equipping agents with AI features such as call summaries, transcripts, automated scorecards, and insights, enhancing customer interactions. It supports voice and over 20 digital channels like web, messaging, and social media. Initially launching in the UK, and Germany later this year, it will expand to other markets gradually.

Availability 

Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral, a cloud-based communications solution, is already available in 20 markets across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. This platform integrates messaging, video meetings, fax, file sharing, and virtual phone systems into a single user interface, accessible from any internet-enabled device. Vodafone plans to expand the reach of Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral to new regions, including South America, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as more countries in the EU and Asia Pacific in the first half of next year.
