Yellow.ai Appoints Former Zendesk Leader as Chief Revenue Officer for International Region

Yellow.ai has appointed KT Prasad as the Chief Revenue Officer for the International Region. In his new strategic position, KT will be responsible for overseeing the Go-to-Market teams across various regions, including India, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

With over 25 years of experience, KT Prasad has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and has led high-performing teams at companies like Zendesk, Stripe, and Hewlett-Packard, among others. In these roles, KT played a pivotal role in driving substantial revenue generation and contributing significantly to the growth and success of these organizations. His impressive track record makes him a valuable addition to Yellow.ai's team.

As the Chief Revenue Officer - International Region, his primary responsibility will be driving business growth across all customer segments. Additionally, he will collaborate with the marketing department to enhance strategies and ensure an optimized customer experience. KT's role is crucial in advancing Yellow.ai's global presence and fostering business success.

Yellow.ai has also recently made its generative AI-powered ChatBots and VoiceBots solution for automating customer and employee experiences available on SAP Store.
