Yext has appointed Tzi-Kei Wong as the company's chief product officer. Reporting directly to President and Chief Operating Officer Marc Ferrentino, Wong will lead Yext's innovation and digital experience platform strategy to continue delivering exceptional value to customers.
Bringing more than 20 years of expertise in product management and design for digital marketing software, Wong previously served as Vice President of Product at Optimizely.
Throughout her time in the company, she spearheaded the product and design division responsible for innovative products in content management, content marketing, and digital asset management systems. Wong became part of the company when they acquired Welcome, where she held a position in the executive team, guiding product strategy, management, and design. Wong also held significant roles in product and marketing leadership within various SaaS and enterprise software firms, including Percolate, Oracle, and SAP.
