CallMiner Launches Host of New GenAI Capabilities to Support In-Platform Actions

CallMiner has debuted CallMiner AI Assist, a collection of new and enhanced generative artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities that add automation to the analytics process within the CallMiner platform, enhancing efficiency, productivity and business value.

The latest release builds on the enhancements announced in 2024, including semantic search, AI classifiers, real-time summarization and more.

CallMiner AI Assist introduces a refreshed interface for the existing help bot and is built on a flexible orchestration framework that connects AI tools across the platform. This framework leverages generative AI to streamline tasks and reveal new business insights through conversational support. It offers AI delegation to help users gain more value with minimal effort while maintaining control. Additionally, CallMiner AI Assist supports various AI models, allowing organizations to choose the best model based on their specific needs.

“As an AI leader in the contact center and customer experience industries, CallMiner remains focused on delivering responsible, secure AI capabilities that drive tangible value and give our customers a competitive advantage. CallMiner AI Assist is now so much more than a help bot. It’s an intelligent, scalable solution that enhances platform ease-of-use, increases operational efficiency, and ensures organizations are getting even deeper insights from their customer interactions. By delivering an agentic AI framework that takes action and tracks value on behalf of users, CallMiner continues to set the bar for how AI is leveraged within conversation intelligence platforms,” said Bruce McMahon, Chief Product Officer, CallMiner.

CallMiner AI Assist will be available to new and existing customers in Q4 2024.
