Conversation automation solutions provider Conversica has introduced a new partner program to further develop its global alliance network. Conversica's plan for the next five years, starting in 2020, is to expand the use of its automation technology and grow partnerships with companies in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Conversica continues to grow its partnerships with several companies as part of its strategy to expand its automation solutions internationally. New partners include UHURU, a data company; Doorkel, an ed-tech platform; and ISSICO, a Philippines-based IT, and outsourcing firm.
“Adding robust names such as UHURU, Doorkel and ISSICO to our partner's ecosystem kicks off our new strategy which is based on three pillars: attract, acquire and grow fantastic partnerships. With this initiative, we’ll be expanding our geographic reach with our own products and also be tailoring strong, smart and advanced AI-driven solutions, integrations and value-added platforms not available in the marketplace today. The company has been building strategic partnerships for many years and is now amplifying its possibilities with a structured and global program,” said Conversica Chief Revenue Officer Eron Sunando.
The new partner program is divided into three categories to help companies utilize conversational AI. The program provides companies with new capabilities by giving them access to resources, integrations, and geographic support to drive innovation and add value to Conversica's and its partners' portfolios.
The three categories are:
- The Agent Program is created to support consultancies, agencies, and service providers in reselling and providing services for Conversica's AI automation products, thus unlocking revenue and expanding offerings. The program provides Conversica Agents with training and certification, as well as access to a dedicated team of experts, all to deliver AI-driven customer experience for their clients' revenue teams.
- The Ambassador Program enables companies to develop custom solutions by leveraging Conversica's technology and sell them to their own customers. The partnership includes marketing and sales support.
- The Advocate Program allows partners to leverage Conversica’s Revenue Digital Assistants to interact with and reactivate leads throughout the customer journey. Partners will be able to help their teams deliver enhanced customer experiences and drive revenue opportunities. This program includes discounts, training, and other benefits.
“Expanding our geography and our alliances ecosystem allows us to serve both North America-headquartered enterprises that are global, as well as international customers headquartered in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. Non-linear growth can be achieved with a successful partner program like this. With specific enhancements to our platform, we are adding capabilities that benefit both our partners and their customers, delivering growth and success opportunities throughout our ecosystem,” said Jim Kaskade, CEO of Conversica.
Meanwhile, in October last year, Conversica added new AI-powered capabilities to its Conversational AI platform.
