BEN Partners with INTERVENT and MOH to Enhance Healthcare with AI-Driven Solutions

Customer engagement AI provider Brand Engagement Network (BEN) has partnered with INTERVENT International, a behavior change and population health management platform, and Members Only Health (MOH), a healthcare service provider to create AI-powered healthcare assistants. These assistants will streamline and automate a variety of business operations, from expert health coaching to patient interaction, improving patient outcomes and access to specialized treatment.

“Improving patient experiences and healthcare outcomes starts with elevating the education and training of healthcare professionals, and enhancing access to healthcare. Supplementing training programs, health coaching (digital and otherwise), and patient engagement with AI technology helps to address significant resource and labor gaps in the healthcare industry while empowering professionals and patients to make informed decisions for optimal health,” said Paul Chang, CEO of BEN.

More cost-effective conversations

BEN will incorporate human-modeled AI helpers into INTERVENT's evidence-based health coaching programs. This AI system provides more scalable, cost-effective, and conversational help to professional health coaches and participants. It also offers 24/7, multilingual guidance, responding to complex and sensitive health questions with competence equivalent to that of human coaches.

BEN's AI technology aims to simulate human contact by seeing, hearing, comprehending, remembering, analyzing, speaking, and gesturing, allowing INTERVENT to train coaches more quickly and provide services to more participants while minimizing reliance on direct human engagement. The strategy ensures that coaches have consistent, high-quality resources while also providing participants with a legitimate, evidence-based experience, regardless of their location, language, or education level.

“AI will not replace appropriately trained health coaches but appropriately trained health coaches who leverage purpose-built AI and other technologies are likely to replace those who do not,” said Neil Gordon, CEO, INTERVENT.

Managing various interaction activities

Moreover, BEN will partner with Members Only Health (MOH) to create an AI assistant to manage a variety of administrative and patient interaction activities, such as concierge services that aid patients in finding specialized healthcare specialists and scheduling in-home visits. BEN's HIPAA-compliant AI technology will help patients find doctors or therapists with specified qualifications, competence, or location. Furthermore, the AI will deliver insights into preventive medicine and healthcare solutions based on the patient's insurance and health plan, while maintaining data privacy.

“Patients that utilize our unique healthcare concierge services will benefit greatly from round-the-clock, knowledgeable and conversational support provided by BEN’s AI assistant technology,” said Nicholas Argento, CEO of Members Only Health.
