Acquia has announced new Customer Data Platform (Acquia CDP) tiers and partner models to meet the growing needs of organizations of all sizes.
The new additions cater to organizations with smaller budgets and teams, granting them access to the product — all built on the same robust platform that serves enterprise organizations.
Ever since the creation of Acquia CDP platform more than ten years ago, companies have been leveraging capabilities like advanced analytics, segmentation, orchestration, and identity resolution to create innovative customer experiences. Teams have been able to reduce business risks associated with handling customer data, along with improving customer loyalty. In December 2022, Acquia added a handful of new features to allow marketers and data scientists to utilize the data in the platform.
“The enhancements we’ve made to Acquia CDP, as well as pricing and delivery models, will enable more organizations to get started managing and using customer data, even without big budgets or teams. We’re shortening implementation timelines, accelerating time-to-value, and empowering customers and partners to be successful with our industry-leading CDP,” said Mark Picone, SVP and General Manager, Acquia Marketing Cloud.
New additions
New features, pricing tiers, and delivery options aim to make the platform more accessible to organizations across various industries. With that in mind, Acquia will offer CDP configurations and machine learning models tailored to industries like retail, consumer goods, food and beverage, healthcare, etc.
Moreover, three product tier options serve small, medium, and large organizations with different customer data management needs. This goes hand in hand with improved scalability - Acquia CDP scales based on each organization's maturity, taking into account growth in customer profiles, transactions, events, and brands.
To enable better configurability and extensibility, Acquia has implemented CDP capabilities such as support for more data elements, data sources, downstream services, workflows, and schedules required to serve unique business needs.
As for Acquia partners, the company has made it possible to implement and service clients with access to enhanced training from Acquia, sandboxes and demo environments, and technical resources.
Acquia CDP is available standalone or within the Acquia Digital Experience Platform (Acquia DXP). Acquia CDP supports composable customer data strategies through integrations with other Acquia and third-party marketing products.
