Calabrio has announced updated Call Recording capabilities for enhanced integration with Webex Calling —part of Cisco’s cloud-native, unified communications and collaboration solution. The enhancements and integration include call recording and compliance management features originally designed for contact centers to Cisco's Webex Calling, therefore serving as a comprehensive, all-in-one solution.
