HubSpot has launched an integration with TikTok to streamline community-based customer acquisition for B2B brands. The integration enables brands to easily capture leads from TikTok directly in HubSpot’s Smart CRM.
Due to its nature, TikTok is a lucrative platform for brands looking to place their product on the market fast and acquire new customers. Short-form videos capture the customers' attention and can quickly lead to a purchase. Indeed, 58% of users globally say they’re likely to purchase after viewing an ad on TikTok.

The "first–of–its–kind" no-code CRM integration for TikTok enables SMBs to unlock the value of community-based customer acquisition in a number of ways, such as deploying lead-generating ads on the platform and automatically syncing leads to HubSpot's Smart CRM in real-time.
From there, users can engage with leads using HubSpot's Marketing Hub and create personalized campaigns across channels, including email, paid ads, and SMS. Thanks to HubSpot's robust AI-powered reporting, brands can track results and boost top-performing campaigns.
