Infobip integrated OpenAI's ChatGPT model via Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service into its AI Hub to ensure secure language models, isolate them from external threats, and protect end customers' data.
Positioned as a conversational ecosystem, AI Hub enhances Infobip's global communications platform, enabling organizations to design tailored customer experiences using generative AI and advanced analytics.
Facilitated navigation and automated workflows
With Infobip AI Hub, businesses can leverage an AI copilot for streamlined navigation and automated workflows, such as customer journey generation and optimized marketing campaign development. This allows brands to boost conversions, and sales, or reduce costs by creating an optimized end-to-end customer engagement journey using generative AI.
