Global digital consultancy Perficient has launched Scarlett, a proprietary AI-powered chatbot designed to boost productivity, streamline operations, and improve the overall experience for Perficient’s employees.
Scarlett was developed by Perficient's AI experts to function as a personal intelligent assistant, assisting people across the organization in doing their daily chores more efficiently. The chatbot helps with answering questions, linking employees to internal resources, translating documents, delivering timely reminders, and much more.

Scarlett was developed in accordance with Perficient's AI strategy and managed by its AI Steering Committee to ensure greater productivity while mitigating security, privacy, and compliance risks. To respond to employee inquiries, the chatbot combines pre-built logic functions, a custom knowledge base, the Perficient Academy learning center, and sophisticated technologies from Microsoft Azure and OpenAI.
