Sprinklr has announced its support for Snapchat Public Profiles for Businesses within Sprinklr Marketing. This update allows brands to share Snapchat Stories, publish Spotlight Content, and promote this organic content through ads directly on Sprinklr. This integration aims to save time and cut costs while effectively engaging a broad audience of Gen Z and Millennials.
