The finalists of the 2nd edition of the original US Customer Experience Awards have been announced.
This year's competition saw big brands become finalists, including Coca-Cola, Cisco, Volvo, American Medical Association, Samsung and others. You can see the full list of finalists here.
Across 17 different categories, the most customer-centric companies will compete for the ultimate accolade at the greatest CX awards in the country. The first stage of the awards process, where companies submit their written initiatives, has been finished. Following very strict criteria, the shortlisting panel reviewed all of the written initiatives and decided which ones deserved to go to the second stage.
Now, it's time for the judges to review the entries and give their scores which will account for the first 50% of the final decision. The second part of the process takes place fully live online on May 11, where companies will present their entries to independent judging panels, followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
