What’s New at GoTo?

GoTo has announced over 30 new features and integrations across its portfolio to help customers manage, secure, and connect their businesses faster.

The announcement is in line with the company's schedule of releasing updates three times a year. This round of enhancements includes a new mobile device management offering, endpoint protection add-on, and Azure Active Directory Sync for strengthened security

When it comes to user experiences, GoTo turned to AI to improve efficiency. Enhanced features like Disruption Free Unattended Access, Linux support expansion, webcam zoom, and an AI-enhanced script generator help users do more in less time. In addition, new data visualizations such as Interaction Details, SMS Health Dashboard, and Conversation Review enable organizations to discover opportunities.

“We are thrilled to offer our customers new, critical features like dependable device security, cutting-edge AI-powered experiences, the ability to create better business outcomes through data-driven customer decisions, and integrations that will save people time and money. At GoTo, we listen intently to our customers and continually evolve our products to meet their needs. Our latest seasonal innovation release is the culmination of months of work along with ongoing customer conversations and optimizations to ensure that our products are secure, innovative, easy to use, and reliable,” says Paddy Srinivasan, CEO of GoTo.

In light of the fact that more than 80% of businesses view the consolidation of communication, collaboration, and IT management and support tools as a major focus, it has become crucial for business leaders to securely consolidate vendors. By offering the right integrations, this consolidation not only saves IT teams time and money but also ensures that they stay ahead of changing business needs and behaviors.

GoTo is taking strides to address these demands with its latest features, which comprise a Microsoft Teams phone integration, AI-generated scripts, a Miro integration, and Linux support. Additionally, GoTo has recently introduced a mobile device management solution and Endpoint Protection for GoTo Resolve.
