WorkJam and Blue Yonder Expand Partnership to Provide Improved WFM Offering to Joint Customers

WorkJam has announced an expansion of its collaboration with Blue Yonder, a digital supply chain company, to integrate the strengths of Blue Yonder's Workforce Management (WFM) solution and WorkJam's digital workplace platform, offering significant benefits to their shared customers.

Previously, enterprise customers using Blue Yonder's Workforce Management (WFM) had access to WorkJam's Open Shift Marketplace. They can further enhance their frontline workforce management by leveraging WorkJam's integrated task management, two-way communication, and frontline learning tools to their full potential.

The collaboration with Blue Yonder was the next step in enhancing the experiences of frontline employees, as WorkJam had partnered with Qualtrics to provide businesses with real-time insights into the concerns, needs, and priorities of their frontline workforce.
