Zoom has introduced its ISV Exchange Program to offer the top solutions from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to its customers, seamlessly integrating partner offerings directly into the Zoom platform. This initiative aims to provide a unified and comprehensive experience that addresses technological and business requirements.

The company has launched the program in partnership with Verint and SuccessKPI, further enhancing their collaborations. The ISV Exchange Program leverages Verint's open platform, allowing easy integration of its customer experience automation solutions with Zoom's offerings.
As part of the program, SuccessKPI offers a cloud-native contact center customer experience platform that streamlines the journey to Zoom Contact Center, providing added value for customers.

SuccessKPI has joined Zoom's ISV Exchange Program to offer a seamless and comprehensive solution that enhances the operations of Zoom customers' contact centers.
