Accenture and Salesforce are collaborating to enhance the life sciences industry by investing in the creation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. This initiative will involve the development of new technologies, resources, and tools that leverage the power of data and artificial intelligence to support sustainable growth and value creation for life sciences companies.
Expanding upon their existing partnership, Accenture and Salesforce will use their collaborative generative AI acceleration hub to create fresh solutions and applications for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. Additionally, they will harness the capabilities of Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI, Salesforce's artificial intelligence technology, to enhance efficiency and revolutionize the experiences of healthcare professionals and patients.

A Health Cloud assessment framework for patient services, which assesses existing pharmaceutical patient service solutions to uncover insights and build a business case for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
A pharmaceutical Data Cloud and Einstein AI accelerator, which provides a comprehensive view of provider and patient data using generative AI. It suggests the most relevant messages to convey to patients during their next interaction, enhancing impact.
Collaboration with Cencora
Accenture and Salesforce have collaborated with Cencora, previously known as AmerisourceBergen, a worldwide pharmaceutical solutions provider offering comprehensive support throughout the pharmaceutical development and commercialization process, including patient services. Through the use of Life Sciences Cloud, they aim to assist Cencora in leveraging valuable data and insights to revamp patient engagement on a large scale, emphasizing a digital-first approach.
Accenture has partnered with other companies such as Microsoft and Workday to drive GenAI-powered innovations across other sectors, including finance and healthcare.
