SnapLogic has announced that Spirent Communications, a testing and assurance solutions provider, is leveraging the SnapLogic Platform to modernize its operations and drive AI-driven transformation.

Spirent helps clients speed innovation and save costs by addressing testing, assurance, and automation requirements in the fast-evolving fields of networks, cloud, and cybersecurity. Spirent sought a solution to accelerate GenAI-powered business processes after it was faced with the difficulty of replacing two antiquated on-premises data and application integration platforms that were cumbersome and expensive to run.
One of the first implementations of this was to streamline a manual, time-consuming process that needed business intelligence and sales teams to spend hours per day on go-to-market activities. Spirent's partnership with SnapLogic improved integration efficiency and hastened the development of GenAI applications.
SnapLogic's GenAI App Builder, which launched earlier this year, is a no-code, click-and-configure platform that allows clients to easily construct LLM-powered applications and workflows. Spirent is leveraging this solution to create an internal sales intelligence application that automatically gives the synthesized customer and competition insights to sales and support teams, a task that previously required more than eight hours per week to accomplish manually.
