Cymulate Launches AI Copilot for Real-Time Threat Validation and Security Testing

Security and exposure validation company Cymulate has launched Cymulate AI Copilot, a generative AI solution designed to deploy, test, and tune security controls to evaluate their effectiveness against real-time threats.

The solution introduces a dynamic attack planner, along with other AI-powered features, to provide deeper insights into cybersecurity control gaps and necessary mitigations. It allows users to quickly generate custom threat assessments by copying and pasting information from news articles, advisories, and research, significantly reducing the time and expertise previously required.

“Today’s attackers are constantly evolving, and businesses need the ability to rapidly identify and validate where to focus remediation efforts. In this landscape, time is everything. AI can play a critical role in removing the heavy lift off exposure validation and reducing its complexity significantly. Cymulate AI Copilot makes it faster and easier than ever for security teams of any size or maturity to understand where potential vulnerabilities may lie and automatically offer recommendations for effective and rapid remediation. Our attack planner uniquely eliminiates the guesswork and manual effort from determining whether a new or emerging threat poses a risk to their specific organization. Cymulate customers believe it can be transformative,” said Avihai Ben-Yossef, Co-Founder and CTO at Cymulate.

The Cymulate AI Copilot helps security operations teams by automating security validation with expert-level precision, streamlining data collection and analysis. The key features include an attack planner, insights summary, assessment analysis, and knowledge base chat. The attack planner provides immediate, custom assessments based on Cymulate’s extensive library of scenarios to help understand and apply real-time threat intel to address resiliency to the tested vulnerability.

With assessment analysis, users can keep track of ongoing assessments through a clear language explanation of their status, including issues or challenges that may have prevented completion.

The Cymulate AI Copilot leverages real-time threat intelligence to deliver customized outputs and threat assessments tailored to specific use cases and supported by detailed TTP (tactics, techniques, and procedures) insights.
