This annual event celebrates excellence in customer experience across industries worldwide and provides organizations with an opportunity to showcase their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Now in its 7th year, the International Customer Experience Awards recognize organizations that have demonstrated innovation, dedication, and outstanding performance in enhancing customer experiences. From small businesses to multinational corporations, the awards honor companies of all sizes and sectors that have made significant strides in prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Entries for the International Customer Experience Awards will be accepted in over 20 categories, including:
- Best CX Strategy
- Best Customer-Centric Culture
- Best Employee Experience
- Best Digital Transformation
- Best Use of AI
- Best Use of Technology and more!

Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their initiatives, strategies, and successes in delivering exceptional customer experience. Panels of esteemed judges, comprising industry experts and thought leaders, will evaluate entries based on criteria such as innovation, effectiveness, creativity and demonstrable results.

The deadline for submissions is August 23. The finalists will be announced on September 13, and they will have to present in front of the judges live online on November 6 and 7.
The winners' announcement will take place at the glamorous awards ceremony scheduled on November 14 in London.
