Invoca has named Peter Isaacson as its new Chief Marketing Officer who will oversee all marketing efforts, contributing to Invoca's ongoing success in revenue growth by implementing AI across the entire customer journey.
This addition comes at a time when Invoca is broadening its platform to include contact center capabilities, helping B2C businesses seamlessly integrate digital and human interactions.
"Peter has an exemplary track record of driving growth across both the marketing and contact center industries, so we're fortunate to welcome him to the Invoca team. Peter's passion for leading high-performing marketing teams will be essential to Invoca's success as we extend our leadership in Conversation Intelligence AI, accelerate revenue growth, and deliver an outstanding customer experience," said Gregg Johnson, CEO of Invoca.
Isaacson brings a wealth of experience in marketing to Invoca, having previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Replicant, a prominent player in the Contact Center Automation sector. Prior to his role at Replicant, Isaacson served as the CMO at Demandbase, where he pioneered the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) category, achieving revenue growth of over nine times and solidifying Demandbase's position as the premier ABM platform. Additionally, Isaacson spent 13 years at Adobe, serving in various key roles such as Head of Brand Marketing, Vice President of Worldwide Field Marketing, and leader of the Education vertical.
"I am thrilled to join Invoca as the company continues to revolutionize the way that businesses connect with their customers. With Invoca's industry-leading AI, talented team, exceptional partners and unparalleled commitment to customer success, the company is uniquely positioned to build on its leadership in Conversation Intelligence AI," said Peter Isaacson, CMO of Invoca.
In June this year, Invoca expanded its PreSense product for modern contact centers to integrate with popular platforms, including Five9, NICE inContact, Genesys, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and others.
