SugarCRM has added a host of powerful new features to Sugar Enterprise+, its CRM, sales force automation platform for on-premises customers.
The expanded version of Sugar Enterprise – officially named Enterprise+ – offers organizations maximum control with the ability to tailor the application to meet their unique needs and the flexibility of choice for deployment.
The company implemented many of the latest enhancements from its cloud-based Sugar Sell Premier edition to Sugar Enterprise+ on-premises. These include guided selling, geo-mapping, mail and calendar integration, automatic data enrichment and news feeds, and more. With these, sales teams can increase efficiency, engage more effectively with buyers and prospects, shorten sales cycles, and ultimately drive revenue.

The base-level Sugar Enterprise and Sugar Enterprise+ solutions now include new service capabilities that support the customer journey throughout the full lifecycle, as well as Sugar’s Service Console. This digital workplace has a dashboard specifically designed for customer service representatives.
Sugar Enterprise has been revamped with a newly modernized user interface that streamlines navigation and information access. It also offers ready-made reporting and business process automation templates. In addition, users can leverage new forecasting features that provide more visibility into pipeline opportunities.Earlier this year, SugarCRM launched advanced digital self-service capabilities to assist business-to-business sellers.
