Verint has announced that its compliance software, Verint Financial Compliance, now has co-sell-ready status with Microsoft. Following the news on Verint Open CCaaS being added to the Microsoft AppSource Marketplace, users can download the compliance suite from the same marketplace for use on Azure.
The co-sell-ready status enables Verint’s Financial Compliance solution to act as a global archive on Azure with easy access and compliance controls. As a result, financial institutions can reduce risk and increase regulatory compliance while lowering operating costs.
Microsoft AppSource is an online marketplace where users can find, try, and then buy and deploy thousands of business apps and services that enable innovation and drive business outcomes.
“We are excited to expand on our long-standing partnership with Microsoft in the financial sector by building on the compliance capabilities already in place. Verint Financial Compliance in the AppSource Marketplace gives banks and financial services worldwide an industry-leading compliance solution to help overcome complex compliance challenges while reducing operational costs,” says John Bourne, Senior Vice President, Global Channels and Alliances, Verint.
Verint Financial Compliance runs natively on Azure and can work simultaneously with Verint recording bots to securely manage the archiving, storage, and retention of recorded conversations to Azure Blob Storage. Verint Financial Compliance on Azure aims to enhance the data in customer communications and trade surveillance platforms to meet the needs of all Buy and Sell side organizations in the financial industry. Continuously working on strengthening compliance automation, Verint recently launched a personal identifiable information (PII) redaction bot.
Back in 2016, Verint became a certified recording software for Microsoft's Skype for Business for compliance and regulatory purposes. The twelve-year partnership between the two companies has brought unparalleled compliance controls on all modalities in Microsoft Teams, combining capture for voice, video, and channel-based chat with various media types.
This capture functionality is tightly integrated with high levels of transcription accuracy, automated language detection, and AI-driven biometric and sentiment insights.
