Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider SYSPRO has partnered with SugarCRM to bring a tightly integrated ERP and CRM solution to mid-market manufacturers and distributors. The partnership will allow customers to align their front-end and back-end operations, enhancing inventory management, streamlining supply chain and manufacturing processes, and boosting revenue. This is SugarCRM's next step in bringing value and productivity gains to mid-market customers worldwide, followed by its latest generative AI advancements.

Additionally, the integration offers sales and customer service teams access to the latest inventory details from the ERP system. Furthermore, SugarCRM's AI-driven platform can analyze transactional and catalog data obtained from SYSPRO.
